Develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to create outcome-driven IEPs that support meaningful student progress. This three-part learning series combines professional learning, guided application, virtual coaching, and project-based collaboration to help participants move beyond compliance and strengthen their IEP practices. Series Includes: Session 1: In-person learning focused on educational benefit and outcome-driven IEP development Session 2: Virtual coaching to reflect, problem-solve, and receive implementation support Session 3: In-person, project-based learning to refine practice through collaboration and continuous improvement Participants will leave with practical tools, actionable strategies, and a stronger framework for developing IEPs that improve student outcomes.
